Studio Corradi D’Incà Riccò Tagliavini Zini was founded in 2000 by the merger of four professional firms, with the agreement of nine members, including the late founding member Giorgio Tagliavini.
Currently, the structure consists of eight partners, a team composed of chartered accountants, tax lawyers, accountants and auditors, as well as a well-organized staff of employees, composed of former auditors and expert accountants; in all around 40 people.
The Firm provides companies, individuals and corporate entities with legal, tax and administrative advice for all ordinary and extraordinary activities. Particular attention is paid to tax litigation and, only for civil and criminal judicial litigation, it makes use of external professionals of high qualification and specialization.
Customers range from multinational companies to local, from individuals to institutions of all kinds and genres; they are mainly Italian, with preponderance in the north, and to a lesser extent foreign, with European preponderance. Assistance is also provided in English.

The Firm has a traditional practice in assisting industrial, credit, financial and insurance groups, Italian offices of foreign companies, Italian and foreign individuals, who own important assets, in all possible ordinary and extraordinary, national and international activities. It also has a proven network of relationships with other independent professionals, who normally meet the needs of customers while paying attention to costs. The Firm business is based on loyalty and independence and has grown over time following the growth of some customers and spurring the development of others. The main features of the working method are generosity in the application and consistency in relationships that allow us to know the customer and his needs better and be an integral part of his “team”.
